⭐ Situation + Task
Manual multi-ingredient pouring in commercial beverage preparation introduces human error and reduces operational consistency. To address this, this project aimed to develop a mechatronics-based beverage dispensing and mixing machine from scratch, translating abstract recipes into deterministic multi-actuator control logic with real-time user feedback.
⚙️ Action
Defined system functional requirements and associate each operation to appropriate sensors, actuators, and dispensing mechanisms.
Performed force analysis to determine motor torque and power requirements for reliable dispensing performance.
Developed the embedded software architecture and programmed the LCD interface for recipe selection, status display, and user interaction.
Assembled the functional prototype, integrating mechanical components, sensors, and actuators into a complete mechatronic system.
📈 Result
Demonstrated automated recipe selection and dispensing through coordinated hardware–software integration.
Delivered a working prototype validating the system architecture, control logic, and functional requirements.
Established a modular design framework supporting future expansion of recipes and dispensing functions.
